Scribbles is a moderator on Binweevils. For fairness, he accepts no buddy requests. Although he is hard to find, you'll see him wandering around the Bin sometimes. He is a special weevil who has, what some people call, a super antennae.

His real name is Flum and owns Flum's Fountain.
Flum was called Scribbles by the other Bin Weevils because nearly all the time he is scribbling up ideas for the Weevil Weekly online in-game Magazine.
He is the editor of the famous magazine, Weevil Weekly!
